• Composed 30+ reports, proposals, and presentations for executive and multidisciplinary audiences.

• Composed and designed 65+ marketing assets (social media posts, flyers, newsletters, infographics, presentations) to promote courses and resources to staff and students.

• Wrote and delivered 12 newsletters, increasing open rates from 27% to 69% and click rates from 9% to 57%, resulting in 941 course enrollments and frequent waiting lists.

• Created, wrote and edited a 10-page student safety website to improve resource navigation.

Equity in Mental Health Grant

• Managed the $2M per year Equity in Mental Health Grant, working cross-collaboratively with 50+ internal and external stakeholders.

• Conducted interviews and data collection to synthesize complex data into actionable reports.

• Composed 25+ page funding plans and impact reports to ensure continued funding.

• Assembled and led a multidisciplinary evaluation committee to align programs with grant goals.
